They have a great infrastructure but very poor maintenance like clogged bathrooms, no tv connection in suite room , vegetation grown on guest house walls, water leakage everywhere, non responsive staff. They need to improvise their mind towards .hospitality. Dear management look into these aspects

Not too many options in Murdeshwar - even so, this is quite a disappointment. Other than the excellent location and a great view of the beach, there is nothing positive about this property. We stayed in one of the ground floor room in the first week of Jan 2022. No security - anyone can loiter around your room or walkabout. Stray dogs screaming though the night. Room was reasonably clean (with daily housekeeping) but very basic for the price charged. Breakfast is a joke - you get a coupon for a breakfast in a restaurant across the road but those guys treat you like s&#t as you are not a paying customer (with no options). The front desk staff are unhelpful & rude...Overall, poor value for money

It is the location that matters even better than adjoining RNS residency. However it is bit old and basic amenities with no service. But has excellent location with all rooms facing sea and other side view of Loard shiva and Gopuram . This one can not view from luxury hotel. Good choice for one night

we were checked last week for 2 Nts stay with family.rooms were as It is 20 years back,the bath rooms were some how renovated But Not completed.For a family they gave us a twin room ,really Bad.the reception staff so arrogant that we thought we will checkout immideatly.even if they has toilet at near to reception they had not allowed to use .I had daughters with age of 6 and 14.No intercom to reception ,a mobile no was sticked to the age old wall for connection But never responded. Breakfast was Horrible without choices -Idli vada shambar.Dosa,Upma.It was charged around 150 to guests.the sambar was as bad was color water.no choice of coffee.No sr person at the place,stewards were there for service were not trained .the toilets were broken specifically the doorknobs.No water in toilet to flush. Mr sharat and Mr pratap have not seen.even if Hotel is full they normally comes to hotel 1100 Hrs.No concerns guests who need service in the morning. Check out day breakfast was not ready at 0750,0730 was the breakfast declared time.It was locked from outside.we cannot even sit there for 15 minutes.we had to have it outside naveen beach restaurant where it was prepared and the quality was 10 times better. RNS group is group of companies and famous .But here i feel we were cheated .Never ever go.....

We had made online booking for our stay at the guest house. The guest house is located inside an enclosed area behind Shri Murudeshwar Temple. First the check in formalities has to be carried out at the office located next to the entrance gate to the walled area, where rooms are allotted. We checked in late and our check in at the office was smooth. From the office, we proceeded to the guest house. Only the vehicles of the persons staying the guest house are allowed inside the enclosure at night. The guest house is a short distance from the gate, however, the vehicles have to take a long turn to reach it. The room allotted to us was spacious by normal standards. The ambiance was dated. The furniture as well as fittings appeared worn out and in need of maintenance. However, considering the tariff, it did not appear so bad. The USP of the guest house is the location and the view it offers. All the rooms have access to the veranda, which overlooks the sea. Temple is also visible from the veranda. Overall, a great place to stay and relax.
